Is KVKK, GDPR or PCI DSS compliance automatic?
No. Choosing a platform or establishing a payment integration does not, by itself, provide such compliance. Data flows, party responsibilities and required assessments are defined separately. No certificate or full-compliance declaration is issued.
Are platform, payment account and maintenance fees included?
Only items expressly stated as included in the proposal are included. Platform, payment provider, application and maintenance fees are shown separately. Provider account approval is subject to the process between the business and provider.
