B10 / Data governance

KVKK & Digital Compliance Consultancy

Make your responsibilities visible as you grow with data.

From your website to your mobile app, from your CRM to supplier integrations, we examine data flows and link technical and operational compliance work to a practical plan.

01 / SCOPE

Make your responsibilities visible as you grow with data.

Data processing changes as an organisation’s daily operations change. A new form, analytics tool or cloud service may require different assessments. We combine your legal team’s assessments with technical implementation and trackable work items.

01

Data flows and process inventory

Through departmental discussions, we map which data comes from where, its purposes and the systems receiving it. We assign owners to keep the inventory up to date.

02

Web, mobile and cookie review

We examine forms, tags, cookies and SDKs, making data collection behaviour technically visible. We test preference management against the rules defined by the legal team.

03

Documentation and implementation mapping

We collect operational information for transparency notices, retention and disposal, applications and internal procedures. We support correct placement of legally reviewed texts at relevant touchpoints.

04

Technical and organisational measures plan

We assess access permissions, record keeping, backups and data minimisation controls against organisational risks and define actions with owners and target dates.

05

Supplier and international transfer map

We identify transfer flows through cloud, analytics, CRM and other suppliers. We provide your legal team with the technical information needed to select a suitable transfer mechanism.

06

Training and periodic follow-up

We clarify team duties for data subject requests and incident management. We support including new applications and process changes in the compliance schedule.

02 / CONCRETE OUTPUTS

At the end of the work,
what will you have?

The deliverables below that are included in your project are specified in the written proposal, with quantities, formats, delivery dates and acceptance conditions. Licences, hosting and maintenance are shown separately if not included.

05 / MEASUREMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

How will we track success?

We define the starting position and goals together. The indicators below are selected according to the nature of the work.

  • Proportion of processes with assigned owners
  • Closure status of priority actions
  • Updated system and supplier inventory
  • Technical check and re-examination results

Legal assessment is specific to the organisation and data processing activity. Technical scope, document responsibilities and any legal service scope are explicitly defined at the proposal stage.

06 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Let’s clarify the details.

Does this work provide a compliance certificate?

No. This is a process of identifying issues and making improvements. No general certificate or guarantee of full compliance is offered; legal assessment specific to the organisation’s activities is required.

Is VERBİS mandatory for every organisation?

Registration obligations and exemptions are assessed for the specific organisation against current regulations. Operational support for inventory and registration preparation is provided where needed.

How are legal and technical roles separated?

Decisions on legal grounds, texts and transfer mechanisms are assessed with the authorised legal team. B10 works within technical review, implementation and process coordination.
