AI Agent Development & Integration

AI agents that find information, move work forward and keep your team in control.

We design internal knowledge assistants, operational helpers and AI agents that work with systems, making permissions, evaluation and human approval part of the workflow.

01 / SCOPE

AI agents that find information, move work forward and keep your team in control.

An AI agent’s value is not simply generating responses. It must access the right information, use permitted tools and hand work to the right person when uncertain. We design the process together, from use cases and data connections to pilot assessment and operations.

01

Internal knowledge assistants

We develop source-citing answers from authorised documents and information search flows appropriate to access levels. We design behaviour that states uncertainty when no source is found.

02

Operations and support agents

We connect tasks such as request classification, response drafting, document summarisation and work-record preparation to your systems. We define approval steps for external communications and critical operations.

03

CRM, ERP and API connections

We define which tools the agent may call and with which permissions. Error handling, retries and transaction logging are included in the integration design.

04

Data access and security design

We work on least privilege, secret management and data minimisation. We prepare test scenarios against misleading instructions from external content.

05

Evaluation and pilot

We build an evaluation set from real work examples and measure response quality, tool use, latency and cost. We define pilot acceptance criteria with the teams.

06

Operations and continuous improvement

We create a monitoring plan for versions, errors, costs and quality. We define a reassessment flow when the model or knowledge source changes.

02 / CONCRETE OUTPUTS

At the end of the work,
what will you have?

The deliverables below that are included in your project are specified in the written proposal, with quantities, formats, delivery dates and acceptance conditions. Licences, hosting and maintenance are shown separately if not included.

Use case and permission matrix

What the agent may and may not do and operations requiring human approval.

Working pilot and integrations

A bounded first release working with agreed knowledge sources and tools.

Evaluation report

Sample tasks, observed errors, quality and cost measurements and acceptance results.

Operations and handover document

Monitoring, access, updates and takeover steps in case of errors.

03 / WORKING PROCESS

A shared goal.
Steps with clear owners.

  1. 01

    Select the right task

We assess business value, data access and risks.

  2. 02

    Develop a limited pilot

We build a prototype and tool connections for a single workflow.

  3. 03

    Measure and validate

We conduct user tests with success criteria and error scenarios.

  4. 04

    Expand in a controlled way

We release the approved scope and develop it according to monitoring results.

04 / USE CASES

Which needs is it for?

Example use cases for which we can define the scope together.

Fast access to internal knowledge

Preparing sourced answers from scattered policy, product and operations documents.

Customer support preparation

Classifying requests, finding relevant records and presenting a response draft to a representative.

Operations reporting

Reading data from authorised systems and creating summaries and task lists for review.

05 / MEASUREMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

How will we track success?

We define the starting position and goals together. The indicators below are selected according to the nature of the work.

  • Pilot task success rate
  • Need for human correction and takeover
  • Cost and latency per task
  • Permission and tool-use errors

Model, licence, hosting and data access costs are assessed separately in the proposal scope. Automation success is measured in the pilot; unverified accuracy or savings rates are not promised.

06 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Let’s clarify the details.

Does the agent perform every operation on its own?

No. Operation permissions are defined by the use case. Human approval or explicit rules are designed for critical steps such as sending customers messages or changing records.

Which model receives our data?

Provider, hosting, data retention and transfer options are assessed during discovery. Provider selection is not finalised before your technical and legal requirements are clarified.

How does it differ from traditional automation?

Tasks with definite rules can be handled by standard automation. AI is assessed for steps requiring language understanding and variable context; moving every step to a model is not mandatory.
