Assemble evidence of rights, authority to act and product identification material for a Turkish customs application.
Organise the file in three parts. Keep registration or other proof of entitlement in the rights section, evidence of the applicant’s authority in the representation section and identification material in the product section. Check the current form for mandatory fields specific to the application.
Include model codes, packaging revisions and photograph dates. If original packaging changed between 2025 and 2026, show both legitimate versions and when each was used. Identifying the product and production period of every image reduces the risk of flagging genuine older stock.
