Türkiye’s FSMH portal and electronic customs application
Learn how to access the FSMH portal, submit a signed customs request and track the approved protection period.
Accessing the portal, filing a request and receiving approval are separate stages. Open the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Programme (FSMH) from the Ministry of Trade’s electronic services. The Ministry specifies electronic signature and the applicant’s Turkish identity number. When acting for a company, prepare evidence of the signatory’s authority.
Check that the rights holder’s name, right reference and attachments agree. Record the decision and its scope. The Ministry makes accepted application data available to customs offices and describes protection for up to one year from the application date. Confirm the actual expiry in the decision.
